Returning your Purchase

Due to the demand and exclusivity of the merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Wellington Jeweller recommends that all orders be checked thoroughly by the customer prior to payment. 

Warranty

We are confident in the excellent quality of our jewellery and are pleased to offer you a 1 year international warranty, excluding loss and normal wear and tear.  Items will be replaced by the same item or an item of equal value at our discretion.

For any claims, please email proof of purchase and a photo of the defective product to customercare@wellingtonglobal.com.au and one of our friendly Customer Care Consultants will take care of you.

Colour of Opal Stone and Jewellery

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our opal stone and jewellery. However, as the effect of different computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on your computer monitor's screen will be completely accurate.
